SHIPPING INFORMATION
Manufacturing and Shipping: Each of our products is individually handcrafted with special care and attention to detail and shipped directly from our factory in Hagen, Germany. Production begins after receipt of the order, which is why delivery times are usually between two and four weeks, depending on the respective product. For our specially manufactured carpets with dividing seams, you can expect a production time of up to six weeks before they leave the factory. Shipping is carried out as standard via GLS and DPD, which usually takes one to three working days. We also offer alternative shipping service providers upon special request. You will receive a shipping status notification as soon as your order is shipped, so you can track the journey of your unique cork products at any time.
Important note: We do not deliver to parcel stations or post office boxes.
Shipping fees: The shipping costs are as follows:
- Germany: €2.90
- Austria: €4.90
- Switzerland & Liechtenstein: €39.00*
- Rest of Europe: €14.90
*Additional customs fees may apply for deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Cork sample offer: If you decide to place an order after receiving our cork sample package, you will be refunded the cost of the samples - however, this does not apply to the shipping costs of the sample package.
