- Please note the following when dimensioning: Please allow for 2 cm of space. For example, if the carpet has to fit exactly between two pieces of furniture (kitchen block/kitchen unit), please allow some flexibility in the size.
- Please note that the preview image is not tailored exactly to your chosen dimensions, but is a preview for the color and pattern chosen. If you need a final view in advance that corresponds exactly to your chosen size, we are here for you.
- Please note that configured products cannot be exchanged as they are special formats and special cuts and therefore custom-made.

- Important: The gray color (anthracite) has a slight bluish tone. If you are unsure, please always order a color sample pack.
Easy to care!
Our cork products are very easy to care for and make your household easier!
Overall, our cork products are easy to clean: The cork surface naturally repels dirt and dust, so a vacuum cleaner is usually sufficient to keep your favorite cork piece clean. Should it still happen that something goes wrong, such as a glass of red wine or the little rascals' orange juice, it is sufficient to clean your cork product with a slightly damp cloth (preferably made of cotton) and our Corkando-Care . This means your favorite cork piece will shine in all its glory.
Of course, you have to mop or vacuum under the carpet every now and then. This is where the advantages of a cork carpet come into play: Due to their low weight, the cork carpets can be easily rolled up with the cork leather side outwards and placed briefly in the corner.
*Please give the cork rugs/desk pads a little time to feel comfortable in your home after receiving and unpacking them. Give him 24/48 hours to acclimatize. This means that the cork carpet can be optimally adapted to the room climate and laid out.
“Simply Corkkastic”
All of our products, from raw materials to dyes, are made from natural sources. This means that they can become discolored if they come into contact with aggressive or acidic substances.
Examples of such substances are aggressive solvent-based cleaning and/or stain removers or natural cleaning agents that contain, for example, acids such as citric acid.
Therefore, to protect and care for your carpet and your home, we recommend using our “Corkando-Care”. It was specially developed from natural raw materials for the cleaning and care of cork products, wooden floors, laminate, tiles, etc.
Please understand that we cannot accept discoloration as a reason for return.

If you are not satisfied with your product, we will of course send you a free return label by email.
All products must be returned exactly as they were shipped, i.e. well packaged and in the original boxes.
Carpets, desk mats and placemats that have been folded and/or rolled up with the cork leather behind them will not be accepted as the product is therefore damaged and can no longer be used or donated.
This also applies to products that are not returned in a hygienically perfect condition.
