Please note: Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. To redeem, the value of the order must be at least equal to the value of the voucher.
If you are not satisfied with your product, we will of course send you a free return label by email.
All products must be returned exactly as they were shipped, i.e. well packaged and in the original boxes.
Carpets, desk mats and placemats that have been folded and/or rolled up with the cork leather behind them will not be accepted as the product is therefore damaged and can no longer be used or donated.
This also applies to products that are not returned in a hygienically perfect condition.
